At Bayards Court, we believe exceptional living should be as reassuring as it is inspiring. Weekly fees start from £1,995, with pricing tailored to the room selected and each resident's individual care needs following a pre-admission assessment.
Designed to offer clarity and peace of mind, our all-inclusive fees cover a wide range of services and lifestyle experiences, helping residents enjoy every day without unexpected extras.

Meet Our Team
Justine is our Home Commissioning Manager and a Registered Nurse with more than 30 years’ experience in the care sector. She joined Vivant Care because of our commitment to enriching lives and its passion for delivering extraordinary living every day.
Justine is excited to bring these values to life at Bayards Court, supporting residents to live meaningful, fulfilling lives while empowering her team to grow, thrive and deliver exceptional care.
As Deputy Manager, Hayley brings more than 25 years of experience in health and social care, along with a passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care. A registered nurse, she has held a range of clinical and leadership roles across hospital, community and complex care settings.
Hayley joined Vivant Care to make a meaningful difference for residents, families and colleagues, and is excited to help create an environment where outstanding care, trust and teamwork thrive every day.
Essam is our Guest Services Manager, for more than two decades, he built his career in some of the world's most recognised hospitality destinations.
He has opened 11 resorts across the world, led large-scale operations, worked with royalty and helped bring ambitious hospitality visions to life. That passion is what ultimately led him to Bayards Court, Vivant Care's first home in Dartmouth.
As Concierge, Simon is often one of the first people residents and their families meet, helping to create a warm and welcoming first impression.
From welcoming new residents and arranging appointments to organising transport, serving refreshments and taking time for a friendly chat, Simon’s role is all about anticipating needs and making everyday life feel effortless.
As Receptionist, Kurtis brings a wealth of hospitality experience and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
Having built his career around service and connection, he joined Bayards Court to be part of something more meaningful, where he could make a real difference.
As Customer Relationship Manager, Sarah is often one of the first people individuals and families meet when considering Bayards Court. From answering enquiries to tours, she helps make every interaction feel welcoming and reassuring.
Before joining Vivant Care, Sarah supported adults with autism, developing a strong ability to listen, understand individual needs and build trust. She was drawn to Vivant by the opportunity to use those skills in a people-focused role, helping individuals and families make confident, informed decisions about their future.
